Production experience
Our founders built and ran a multi-state EVV transmission service for a national home care franchise network from 2022 to 2025.
Syndech was founded by Justin McCuistion and Daniel Cosey, who built and ran the EVV transmission service for a national home care franchise network. We understand the complexities of healthcare data integration — and have the expertise to solve even the most challenging data exchange problems.
From 2022 to 2025, Justin McCuistion (Sr. Director of Engineering) and Daniel Cosey (SVP of Data) built and ran the EVV transmission service for a national home care franchise network. Along the way they worked through aggregator rejections, specification changes, and state rollouts across many states.
During that time, we saw firsthand how manual EVV processes drain resources from home care agencies. Hours spent on uploads. Claim denials from formatting errors. Constant scrambling to keep up with changing state requirements.
We founded Syndech to change that. By packaging our expertise into a managed service, we help agencies of all sizes access the same enterprise-grade EVV automation that large organizations build in-house.
Home care agencies shouldn't have to become integration engineers to submit EVV data. We built Syndech so they don't have to: the transmission stays with us, the data and decisions stay with you, and the focus stays on patient care.— Founding team
Experience you can feel on day one — and lean on through the tenth state onboarding.

We know how state aggregators behave in production: their specifications, rejection codes, and change cycles.
Work directly with engineers who understand healthcare data challenges, not tier-1 support scripts.
HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with encrypted data transmission and comprehensive audit logging.
Healthcare organizations should focus on patients, not technical compliance. We believe seamless health data exchange is critical infrastructure that should “just work” — so care providers can dedicate their time and energy to what matters most.
