For franchise systems and EMR vendors

Hand off EVV transmission without disrupting your agencies.

If your team runs EVV transmission for the agencies on your platform, Syndech can take the service over as it runs today, become the direct point of contact for each agency, and migrate them at renewal. Your EMR stays the system of record.

In short

EVV transmission is revenue-critical for agencies and non-core for the organization that runs it. Syndech was founded by the people who built and ran this kind of service for a national home care franchise network from 2022 to 2025. EVV transmission is our first product and our core business.

Who this is for

Organizations that run EVV for other agencies.

01 · Audience

Franchise systems

Your corporate team runs EVV transmission for franchisees as a shared service, alongside the EMR every location uses.

EMR and agency software vendors

You maintain aggregator interfaces for your customers and carry every state specification change on your roadmap.

Multi-location operators

You submit EVV for agencies in several states and keep an internal team on aggregator integrations.

The transition

Continuity first, migration later.

Designed so agencies notice a new support contact, not a new system.

02 · Model
Step 01

Take over the service as it runs today

Syndech assumes support, contracts, billing, collections, platform operations, and the aggregator integrations. Agencies keep submitting exactly as they do now, with no disruption on day one.

Step 02

Become the direct point of contact

Syndech onboards, supports, and bills each agency directly. EVV questions, escalations, and fee conversations stop routing through your corporate or product team.

Step 03

Migrate gradually at renewal

Agencies move to EVV Bridge through the natural renewal cycle under a structured plan. EVV Bridge connects to your platform API with credentials scoped to each agency.

Step 04

Add new payers without new work for you

New destinations, such as the VA community care regional contractors from 2027, are added on the Syndech side as their specifications are published.

Governance and controls

What your data and security teams will ask about.

Each agency keeps ownership of its data and its compliance decisions. Syndech operates the transmission.

Transition FAQ.

04 · FAQ

What changes for agencies on day one of a transition?

Nothing operational. Agencies keep submitting EVV data the way they do today. The difference is who supports them, bills them, and maintains the aggregator integrations.

Who bills the agencies after the transition?

Syndech contracts with and bills each agency directly, so EVV fees no longer pass through the franchisor or the EMR vendor.

Does our EMR remain the system of record?

Yes. EVV Bridge reads visit data from your platform through its API with credentials scoped to each agency. Scheduling, documentation, and billing stay where they are.

Who is responsible for each agency’s EVV compliance after the transition?

Each agency remains responsible for its visit data, its corrections, and its claims. Syndech operates the transmission and surfaces data issues so the agency can act on them.

Can we keep a referral or partnership arrangement?

Yes. We are open to referral arrangements and to provisions that protect service continuity for your agencies after the transfer.

Why consider this now?

Aggregator specifications keep changing, and the VA Community Care Network Next Generation contracts add an EVV requirement for VA community care starting in 2027. That is a second payer class for any in-house team to build and maintain.
